The platform was established by the technical department of the Adjutant General’s Branch (MP-8) of the Indian Army to let army personnels use the tool to access personal and service-related information seamlessly. 

With the use of this portal, service men can login and easily access their salaries, wage slips and other important information related to finances. Apart from the finances, service men can also submit requests for leave to their superiors regardless of location constraints. Hamraaz Login: How to Access the Portal?

Registration Process

If you are not a registered Hamraaz web user, then please follow the following steps to sign up on the portal-

  1. Visit the official website – Hamraaz mp8.gov.in login
  2. Click on the sign up button. 
  3. Enter the PAN Card details to register on the web portal. 
  4. Then, solve the Captcha. 
  5. After you have followed the steps above, verify your account using the email, employment IDand  Date of your employment/enrollment in the DDMMYY format. 
  6. Make sure you check the details carefully and set your password. Your password must follow the requirement of using a special character, a number and some alphabets. For example, the password can be – 1234@Pp.
  7. The next thing you have to do is select the security question and answer that. It will help you in accessing your account or when you have forgotten the password. 
  8. After you have followed all the steps, click the submit button and complete your registration process. 

Login Process

If you are a registered user of the Hamraaz web, you can login to the web portal and access your wage slips, Form 16, submit requests and check your important information. To login, follow the steps below –

  1. To access the Hamraaz Personal Login, visit the Official Website.
  2. Go to the Burger Menu (Three Lines) or it will be available on the top of the website, look for the Hamraaz Personal Login.
  3. Once you click on the login tab, another page will open. Enter all the required details -User ID and Password. Remember that your PAN Card is your USER ID. 
  4. Once you have entered the details, enter the Captcha and click on Submit. 

Note: Remember you cannot login without registering on the Hamraaz Web Portal. 

Prerequisites to Remember Before Logging In

As per the official notice by the team, soldiers must ensure that they follow the following information, before logging on to Harmaaz Personal Login. 

  1. Ensure that you use the official website, which is the authorized link – OFFICIAL LINK
  2. You must update the application and your phone timely. 
  3. Avoid using any public network to access your Hamraaz login. 
  4. Avoid clicking on any suspicious links or attachments. 
  5. Keep the location, bluetooth and Wi-Fi disabled. 
  6. Restart your device every week. 
  7. Make sure to keep your device locked with a password, pattern or pin. 
  8. Never leave your portal logged in. Always remember to log out. 
  9. Refrain from using the application, as it has been discontinued for a while. 

Note: The portal is not just for Soldier’s personal login, but available for Admin Login and Unit Login also. 

How to Restore Hamraaz Login Password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can restore it by following the steps mentioned below –

  1. Visit the official website of Hamraaz login. 
  2. On the homepage, you can look for “Forgot Password”in the menu bar. 
  3. Enter your PAN card details and fill in the captcha. After you have submitted the details, click the submit button. 
  4. After submitting the form, you can reset your Hamraaz Login password either by OTP on your mail/phone or by answering the security question. 
  5. Now you have successfully reset your password.

How to Use the Pay Calculator?

The Hamraaz web pay calculator is a tool for the service men to calculate their pay and allowances. The calculator is also designed by the Adjutant General’s Branch (MP-8) team. 

Use of the Pay Calculator

  • To calculate soldier’s pay –basic pay, allowances and deductions. 
  • To provide soldiers with a detailed salary breakdown of each of the components. 
  • It also informs the soldiers about the deductions related to provident fund and income tax. 

How to Use it?

  • Visit the official Hamraaz login portal. 
  • Choose the Personal Login section from the menu bar. 
  • Enter your login details and submit. 
  • Once you have successfully logged in to the portal, you can find the pay calculator. 
  • You can click on the ‘Pay Calculator’ option and input the following parameters –
    • Pay Level before Promotion/MACP
    • Basic Pay before Promotion/MACP
    • Date of Promotion/MACP
    • Existing Date of Next Increment (DNI)
  • Now click submit and access the Pay Calculator. 

How can you Download your PaySlip through the Hamraaz Web?

This is one of the most utilized features on the Hamraaz personal login portal is to download the salary slips. You can follow the steps mentioned below –

  1. The very first step again is to login on the official web portal using your credentials. 
  2. After you have logged in, move to the dashboard and choose the ‘PaySlip/Form 16’ option. 
  3. Next you have to select the desired month for which you wish to download the slip for. 
  4. Once you have mentioned the details, you will get the option to download the PaySlip. 

The PaySlip will be available in the PDF Format and is password-protected. The user can access the PaySlip by using the first four letters of their PAN card (in uppercase), followed by their date of birth in DDMMYYYY format. 

For example –

If your PAN number is – EFGH3241A and date of birth is – 7th September 1980, then your password will be – EFGH07091980.
